self care


If nothing else, grad school has taught me the importance of self care. Grueling class and exam schedules wear you down if you're not careful! A few years in, I think I've managed to find a healthy balance of clean eating, exercise, and at least 6 hours of sleep each night to keep me happy and sane. In addition, I like to treat myself from time to time with things like a facial brush from Spirit Beauty Lounge, the much-hyped RMS Living Luminizer (wakes up tired eyes!), an extremely gentle skin cream from Pai Organic Skin Care, and a pretty jasper ring from Jessica Matrasko Jewelry. My way of coping with stress and rewarding myself for a great deal of hard work :)

If I'm slow to post over the next month, it's because I'm studying for my first Board Exam, a huge undertaking! Hope you are having a great day and thanks for reading! <3
